Operations Manager – Freight Brokerage (US Market)

Your Mission

• Oversee and coordinate a team of Logistics Sales Managers, ensuring high productivity and accountability
• Lead customer acquisition efforts across the US freight markets
• Stay actively involved in outbound sales activities (calls, emails, follow-ups)
• Define performance benchmarks, track results, and drive continuous improvement
• Strengthen client relationships and support long-term account growth
• Partner with operations teams to maintain service excellence and customer satisfaction
• Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training and coaching initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading sales teams in a performance-driven environment
• Solid background in B2B sales (freight, logistics, or transportation experience is a strong advantage)
• Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Proven ability to deliver consistent sales results
