Role Description: The EHS Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, as well as compliance with environmental regulations. The selected candidate will contribute to the prevention of accidents and incidents by implementing safety programs and policies, training employees, and monitoring adherence to established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments
  • Develop and implement safety programs and policies
  • Deliver training to employees on health and safety procedures
  • Collaborate with management, HR, and operational teams to ensure EHS compliance
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents and inspections
  • Promote a strong safety culture and organizational responsibility

Requirements:

  • Relevant higher education (preferably in engineering, environmental science, or occupational health and safety)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
  • Solid knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in English is a significant advantage
