Business Development Representative – Cybersecurity

Cryptomathic is a global leader in cybersecurity and cryptographic solutions, helping banks, governments, and large enterprises protect sensitive data and secure digital transactions.

Your Role

  • Conduct outreach and follow-ups via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Identify and engage potential customers and partnership targets within the ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Use Sales Navigator and data enrichment tools to source and qualify prospects
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to generate interest and initiate conversations
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales and partnerships teams
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to improve lead conversion and opportunity creation

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or outbound B2B roles
  • Experience working in the B2B enterprise space, with long sales cycles and high-value accounts
  • Confidence in phone outreach and cold prospecting
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Familiarity with Sales Navigator and data enrichment tools (e.g. Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
  • Strong communication skills, well-organized, and results-driven
  • A proactive team player with a strong drive to succeed

How Success Will Be Measured

  • Number of meetings booked
  • Number of qualified opportunities created
  • Contribution to closed revenue
