Office Administrator

Orange Moldova is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Office Administrator, in the Facility Team.

The objective of this position is to manage financial assets and ensure optimal liquidity of the company.

what you will be doing:

• organizing the execution of the office maintenance plan for OMD offices
• managing subcontracted support staff to ensure office maintenance
• panning and coordinating office fit-out and repair works
• planning, ordering, and coordinating the delivery of office furniture
• planning, ordering, and distributing office and protocol supplies to employees
• processing and resolving all complaints received from employees related to the area of responsibility

• previous experience in office administration, facilities coordination, or a similar role
• strong organizational and planning skills
• ability to coordinate multiple tasks and vendors simultaneously
• good communication and problem-solving skills
• attention to detail and a responsible, proactive attitude
• ability to work independently and handle employee requests efficiently
