ICT Solutions Engineer

• Lead pre-sales activities, including client presentations, demonstrations, and technical proposals.
• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for ICT infrastructure.
• Focus on cybersecurity solutions, including risk assessment, security architecture, and compliance.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and craft compelling, secure solutions.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of our ICT systems.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, especially in cybersecurity, and continuously improve our offerings.

what we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in ICT solutions design, deployment, and pre-sales activities.
• Strong expertise in ICT cybersecurity, including threat mitigation, security protocols, and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of networking, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze client needs and develop effective, secure technical proposals.
• Relevant certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, etc.) are a plus.
