UE Line is an asset-based American trucking company with an operations center in Chișinău. We operate across the United States and manage a rapidly growing fleet of over 200 trucks - an increase of more than five times in the past few years. As our operations continue to expand, we are strengthening our Moldovan dispatch team and looking for talented professionals to join us.

We are seeking experienced Open Deck Truck Dispatchers to manage and coordinate our fleet of flatbeds and step decks, communicate with drivers, schedule loads, and ensure smooth operations across the U.S.

What We Offer

• Up to 2% Commission from gross

• Lease and company drivers ASSET-BASED carrier. We're not a dispatch service

• Comfortable, fully equipped office in the city center of Chișinău

Requirements from You

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Truck Dispatcher in the U.S. market
• Hands-on experience dispatching flatbeds and step decks (open-deck freight)
• Strong understanding of U.S. geography, lanes, load boards, and market dynamics
• Ability to work an evening schedule: 15:00 - 00:00, Monday - Friday. Office presence is required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple drivers and maintain efficient communication
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Capable to remain calm in stressful or time-sensitive situations
• Professionalism, reliability, and a solution-oriented approach in all tasks
