Cashback Platform Administrator

We are looking for a Cashback Platform Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of the platform, maintain cashback offers, and ensure a smooth experience for both users and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update cashback offers within the platform
• Monitor transactions and ensure cashback is correctly tracked and credited
• Collaborate with commercial partners to activate and optimize offers
• Handle user inquiries via ticketing system or email
• Identify, report, and follow up on platform issues or discrepancies
• Prepare periodic performance reports for offers and campaigns

Requirements:

• Experience in online platform administration, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing (an advantage)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good PC skills (Excel, online platforms, CRM systems)
• Strong written communication skills
• English proficiency – advanced level
