Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Supply Chain Specialist (SAP) to work with our International Partners.
What you will be doing:
- Manage and maintain supply planning files (Excel spreadsheets) for all areas
- Review and analyze data to identify potential errors or extraordinary patterns
- Create and manage material master data
- Create and manage blanked orders (outline agreements)
- Generate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
- Send PO documents to suppliers and ensure timely delivery
- Review POs for planned goods receipts and invoice receipts, and update accordingly
- Support process improvements within the team
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience with Excel
- Strong experience in SAP
- Good understanding of supply chain processes and procedures
- Ability to independently resolve issues using existing solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues from different regions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
- A proactive "can-do" attitude and willingness to contribute to process improvements
