Fleet Manager / Road Assistance Coordinator

CIA Transport is a U.S.-based flatbed trucking company operating trucks across the United States. We are looking for a responsible, resourceful Fleet Coordinator who can keep trucks on the road, minimize breakdown costs, and resolve operational problems efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Answer driver calls and coordinate roadside assistance.
• Find mobile mechanics, repair shops, tire services, and towing companies.
• Compare quotes, negotiate repair prices, and find cost-effective solutions.
• Follow each breakdown through to completion, minimizing downtime.
• Collect and submit invoices for every repair and expense.
• Monitor safety notifications, including speeding, harsh braking, idling, and unsafe driving.
• Communicate with drivers about alerts and escalate serious violations.
• Monitor truck MPG and identify unusual fuel consumption or excessive idling.
• Review ELD/HOS alerts and report potential compliance issues.
• Help drivers identify cost-effective fuel stops along their routes.
• Prepare weekly breakdown and repair cost reports.
