Senior Brand Manager for new products

The role:

A Senior Brand Manager for new brand categories will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and bringing new beauty products and brand categories into a company's portfolio.

You will:

• Direct and advise the business on industry trends and new innovation in areas covering food supplements, oral care and household products
• Lead strategy for product development and be responsible for taking the idea from concept through to launch
• Ensure timely launch of development initiatives and liaise with all departments (cosmetics lab, designers, sourcing department, etc.) to implement a 360 launch strategy
• Drive category growth with innovative product ideas and maintain continual portfolio analysis to drive
